Siemens EQ6 / EQ6 Plus S100
Problem:
A faulty ceramic valve, plus a separate machine that only produced cold coffee despite a working heater.
Solution:
The ceramic valve was replaced on one unit. On another, the main board was identified as the cause of the cold coffee and replaced.
