De'Longhi repair in Aarhus

De'Longhi has a wide range, from small manual espresso machines to advanced bean-to-cup machines with a built-in milk frother. We often see issues with the pump, a lack of pressure, or a milk frother that isn't foaming properly — and we repair all of them in our workshop.

De'Longhi PrimaDonna Elite ECAM 650.55.MS
Problem: Milk system was not frothing properly and the touchscreen was responding slowly.
Solution: Milk system disassembled, cleaned and new valve fitted. Software reset and touchscreen calibrated.
De'Longhi Magnifica S Smart ECAM250.33.TB
Problem: Brew unit was stuck and could not be removed. Machine showed error code and stopped mid-brew.
Solution: Brew unit cleaned and lubricated, worn gears replaced. Descaled and thoroughly tested.
De'Longhi PrimaDonna Class
Problem: Coffee wasn't coming out of the machine correctly.
Solution: The fault was traced to the flowmeter, which was serviced/replaced.
De'Longhi Magnifica S
Problem: Several units with missing water flow, weak function or drivetrain faults.
Solution: The pump, main board and drivetrain have been diagnosed on different machines; other Magnifica S units have been cleaned, descaled and serviced.
De'Longhi La Specialista Arte
Problem: A significant internal leak.
Solution: The valve/solenoid assembly and connections were diagnosed, and the relevant parts replaced during refurbishment.
De'Longhi PrimaDonna Soul ECAM610.75.MB
Problem: The machine showed 'water circuit empty' and couldn't brew correctly.
Solution: The fault was traced to the upper piston unit, and the machine was repaired around this area.
De'Longhi La Specialista Maestro
Problem: The steam function wasn't working.
Solution: The solenoid assembly and L-connector were replaced.
De'Longhi La Specialista Prestigio
Problem: The machine got stuck in the descaling process and was heavily contaminated inside.
Solution: The descaling process was completed correctly, and scale, coffee and blockages in the hoses/water path were removed.
De'Longhi Eletta Cappuccino Evo
Problem: The machine was completely dead and wouldn't start.
Solution: The machine was taken in for diagnosis of the power supply and electronics; this case was still in progress at the latest update.
De'Longhi Dedica EC685
Problem: A leak at the heater connection and missing/worn parts.
Solution: Connections and seals were diagnosed and the machine prepared/refurbished with the relevant spare parts.

Problem: The machine was missing a few drip-tray parts, but the core function was intact.
Solution: The machine was function-tested and assessed for preparation with the missing parts.

Problem: The machine had missing parts and a fault in the drive system.
Solution: The machine was diagnosed as a refurbishment/donor unit, and the necessary casing and motor parts were identified.

Problem: Most of the water ended up in the drip tray instead of the coffee.
Solution: The upper piston unit was identified as the fault area and replaced/repaired.
